Before leaving your country, with your original SIM/eSIM card into your Phone, go to Settings>Phone>Call forward and type the Virtual number you have receive from us.
Then remove/turn off your original SIM/eSIM card and replace it/activate the Israeli one.

For additional information on activating call forwarding, search Google for "call forwarding instructions" and write the name of your current line carrier.
