How is the eSIM activated?
Once you have ordered your eSIM on our website, you will receive by email a QR code to activate your SIM with the plan you chose. You activate it by scanning the QR code from the "Cellular" (or "Mobile data") section of your smartphone's settings.
What is an eSIM?
The eSIM is a SIM card built into your phone, so you don't need to order a physical SIM card. Another advantage: no more hunting for your SIM card before a last-minute trip, since it's already in your smartphone.
Is my phone eSIM-compatible?
To use an eSIM with Easy Israël Mobile, your device must meet the following requirements:

Have built-in eSIM technology.

Not be locked to a mobile carrier.

Not be modified (i.e. neither rooted nor jailbroken).
